Holiday rentals with beach access in Annecy

We had a great stay in this apartment by Lake Annecy. The setting is exceptional, the terrace almost directly overlooking the lake. The interior of the apartment is in excellent condition and decorated in very good taste. Christine was responsive and very available to our requests, we thank her. Ideally located accommodation, close to Old Annecy and the lake, but quiet unlike the accommodation located in the crowded streets of tourists. Large balcony with lake view, perfectly equipped and distributed, the quality of the welcome... Absolutely nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back!

The apartment was in an absolutely perfect location in the old medieval town section of Annecy, we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Inside, the place was beautiful, so comfortable and smartly organized with everything one could need, clearly with the traveler in mind. If you want to experience the stunning beauty of the city, walkable to so many shops, churches, great restaurants, the lake and the canals surrounding the ancient buildings, parks and lakeside walks, you will not be disappointed in Oceane’s place. She was always at the ready for communication too. We didn’t cook too much (so many great food shops and restaurants everywhere!!) but if you wanted, the kitchen was supplied with anything needed to prepare meals. And the views from the apartment window!!! The canals, views of the Alps and old castles right outside. Airbnb reviews state that “ we would stay here again,” and in this case my wife and I truly mean it. We are anticipating another trip next year.

superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

Armand is a really great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk from the lake) in a peaceful residential location and easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately broken but it didn't bother us at all. To apologise, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a very good stay. The accommodation allowed us to be quiet, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city centre and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

We had a great family stay in Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very pleasant and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and organised to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉

Great apartment with a really amazing view..

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

A fantastic apartment in a great location, having the parking was a huge benefit. Close enough to walk to the old town and the lake in minutes. Great host.
