The completely renovated apartment is on the 4th floor. It has an independent bedroom and 2 balconies opening onto a large listed park. You will be 500 m from Albigny beach and close to all the small shops in the neighborhood of the same name. For your information, the accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities, it is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The proposed parking is located at the bottom of the building, it is an outdoor condominium parking lot with free placement.
