The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

La Baie des Voiles Studio

Studio located on the ground floor of a unique residence La Baie des Voiles, located on the shore of Lake Annecy with direct access to the Lake , you will enjoy a private area on the waterfront with a large teak terrace as well as a lawn , sunbeds and towels are at your disposal. This studio of 20 m2 + terrace teak and garden of 15m2 offers a beautiful view Garden and Lake . This residence has private parking, a bike storage room and two restaurants .

If you want to spend a quiet evening, the house is decorated with a 250 m² fenced garden, where you can enjoy the lounge area, dining area, barbecue and fire pit

The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!
