We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

Sur environ deux hectares, au cœur d'un hameau paisible, le Domaine Le Repaire est composé de deux maisons périgourdines spacieuses et confortables. Grâce à la qualité de son hébergement, à ses infrastructures de loisirs (piscines, tennis, terrain de pétanque et jeux pour enfants), cette location est très appréciée des familles avec enfants et des amoureux de la nature.

Studio indépendant climatisé de 30 m² sur parc de 4000m² en bord de rivière. Accès rivière directement depuis le jardin. Piscine partagée avec nous (accès de 10h à 18h) ouverte de mi juin à mi septembre. A 10 min du centre ville d’Angoulême. Un petit coin de paradis : un oasis au coeur de la ville et à une bonne heure des premières plages de la côte Atlantique.
