Our apartment located in the city center of Angoulême (500 m train station) was renovated and refurbished at the end of 2019. It has many assets to bring all the ease you would need for business trips, family stays or stealthy tours of the capital of comics with friends! Perfectly equipped, it consists of a kitchen open to a lounge/dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a common courtyard, all in a quiet place.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

A stone's throw from the Town Hall, in a cul-de-sac on the pedestrian street, this newly renovated apartment offers a warm and quality welcome. Both very close to the city center and large natural green spaces (including the Petit Fresquet park and its stream ). Bus stop at 100m serving the station. Free and easy parking on the street.

This accommodation is on the 1st floor of a building 300 m from Place Victor Hugo and its market, 500 m from Place de la Bussatte and 900 m from Place du Champ de Mars. You will enjoy a large living space and a large bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine.

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
