Quiet exotic house Soyaux Angoulême

Carefully decorated and exotic in a quiet, peaceful environment. All the amenities for your comfort like at "the house"(fully equipped kitchen, washing machine...). Courtyard facing south, parking, access to the swimming pool on dedicated hours from 3-6 p.m. May to September, flexibility possible on the hours according to demand, last week of August, access all day. 7 min from the center of Angoulême, many events: the comic book festival, FFA, the ramparts circuit...

Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Independent studio

Located in the barn adjoining the main Charentaise house located in the city center of Ruelle-sur-Touvre, on a very quiet street, comfortable independent studio, new and carefully decorated. You will enjoy the calm and greenery of a country environment in town. All amenities within walking distance, Angoulême city center 5 minutes' drive, direct access to the ring road, bus nearby. You can also enjoy the pleasant garden and shared (unheated) swimming pool.

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Country home in the city

Angouleme, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful neighborhood, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: owners David and Corinne's accommodation, and a gite. The 180 m2 cottage is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture for eating out.

Countryside in the city! This beautiful peaceful house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Very quiet environment just 8 minutes from Angouleme city center. You will enjoy the accommodation and its swimming pool. A large body of water (3 km perimeter) and the Coulée Verte (path along the Charente River) are a 15-minute walk away. Bus stop 300 m to reach the city center.

Independent studio 30 m² on 4000m² park by the river (river access and directly from the garden), riverside terrace 130m2, shared heated pool from June to September (access from 2pm to 6pm). 10 minutes from the city center of Angoulême.
