Very pleasant accommodation, cocooning, very well equipped. A very nice garden that we were able to enjoy despite the bad weather thanks to the summer kitchen. Very quiet accommodation, a very nice design, with a hot tub at the top. Thank you and do it again.

A really great accommodation with beautiful assets (spa bath, sauna, steam room). The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful place (currently under construction but very quiet nonetheless, I was not disturbed by noise). The instructions given were clear and Emmanuel was always reachable if needed. If you want to recharge your batteries a little and be in a small comfortable cocoon and decorate with taste, go for it!

The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

We were on a quick visit to Aurélie, as we had to attend a wedding the next day in Avrillé. Aurélie was very accommodating with us on the schedules so that we could prepare in good conditions, it was really very kind of her. The accommodation is located very close to the centre, so we were able to walk there and walk for an hour before going to our appointment. As for the accommodation itself, nothing to complain about, it was great. Everything we needed was provided, we just had to put down the suitcases👌

Great location and lovely apartment. The lift made it very convenient to enter and leave with baggage. The instructions for the key box were a little confusing because the code in the PDF message did not match the code in the photo. When I tried the code in the photo, that worked and I was able to open the box. It would have been helpful to have laundry soap provided. Although there were no instructions provided about care of the plants, I did water the indoor plant because it was very dry.

Charming studio, perfectly located close to places to visit, including the castle. Virginie is a very friendly host. Thank you for providing the bike, I was able to discover the banks of the Loire which are perfectly cyclable. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Apartment ideally located to access the centre of Angers, and equipped with everything you need! Located in a quiet building, the only downside would be the parking but given the location it is quite normal. I recommend it!

Very nice and comfortable accommodation on the second and top floor. It is cross-ventilated, you can open the windows and create a draft if it is hot. Great location to do everything on foot. Easy street parking, we didn't need the parking linked to the accommodation. The staircase can be complicated for people with mobility problems. Very quiet street with a great bakery 5 minutes' walk away. Historic district of Angers with half-timbered houses. Banks of the Maine 10 minutes' walk for walks, restaurants and a drink. Take the opportunity to spend a day at Terra Botanica, very close to the accommodation by car and a beautiful amusement park around nature and plants. Great weekend at Camille's, thank you. In short, we want to go back to Angers.

Excellent stay at François's, accommodation both impeccably clean and functional. Quiet neighborhood, easy and secure parking with private parking space. Really nothing to repeat. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back again if the opportunity allows me. Thank you for this experience and happy hosting.

We had a great stay in a spacious and comfortable apartment. The location is ideal because we were able to visit the city without taking transport The Château d'Angers is 20 minutes away, for example We highly recommend this accommodation which has a parking space
