Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Ideally located near the banks of the Maine river (2km from "La voie verte"), Terra Botanica (3km), the train station (3km) and the town center.

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!

The apartment is located in a quiet and easily accessible area, close to all amenities, neighborhoods such as La Madeleine or Place du Lycée, schools such as ESA or UCO. Ideal for discovering the city of Angers or its surroundings, Place du Ralliement (city center) is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive away, the train station is a 20-minute walk away. Equipped for all durations, school, remote work or leisure. Bike storage is also available.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants...
