From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

The property is located in a neighborhood close to all amenities within a 750m radius (bakery, supermarket and fast-food restaurant). Ideally located near the banks of the Maine river (2km from "La voie verte"), Terra Botanica (3km), the train station (3km) and the town center.

Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, it is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the Jardin du Mail and the Place du Ralliement. The house is perfect for families of 4 people looking for tranquility while staying close to shops and tourist sites. A free parking street and paid public parking are close by.

House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
