Beautifully decorated, fully empty house with sustainability in focus. The house is built with minimal environmental impact. The house, with its large kitchen/living room, is perfect for cosiness and socialising. Not to mention how tempting it is to sit in front of the large open fireplace and just look into the flames. On a sunny day, the terrace doors open and life outside is lived on the various terraces, where the garden also invites you to play and play. Our 55 sqm cottage invites you to a lovely hangout with family or friends regardless of the season. In the summer months, in addition to the common pool only 100 meters away or the West Lake swimming area, there are many nice beaches within close reach such as Ängelholm, Båstad and Vejby beach and more. During autumn and spring, nature invites you to wonderful hikes and excursions. In winter, cross-country skiing is offered nearby.

Hålehallstugan lies beautifully in the beech forest on Hallandsåsen's south slope north of Förslöv. The cottage belongs to Friluftsfrämjandet Ängelholm/Båstad. Four different hiking trails depart from the cabin. Red 2km, Blue 3.5 km Yellow 4 km Green 10 km The blue loop is stroller friendly. The other three trails stretch through the forests and the small ravines that exist in the surrounding areas. There is also a white 1.5 km MTB bike path next to the house. Hålehallstugan is also close to Skåneleden.

Västersjön Lake, where you can swim, fish, or go stand-up paddle-boarding, is only a 10-minute walk away. A huge garden surrounds the house and it's the perfect place if you come with a dog.
