Two cozy houses with 8 beds

Newly renovated fresh cottage with guesthouse. 4 beds in cabin and 4 more in the guest house. Shower and toilet in both the large cottage and the guest house. Modern kitchen, in addition to outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven (gas and charcoal included). The cottage includes access to pools(June-August), mini golf, sauna, tennis court, basketball and football field, all close to the cottage. At short cycling distance there is Västersjön and Rössjön with clean water and many swimming areas. Wonderful nature with plenty of bike and hiking opportunities.

Cozy cottage with access to pool area and sauna

Cozy cottage with lush fenced plot in scenic Lerbäckshult. Sheets and towels are included in the price. The cottage was newly renovated in 2024 and offers 56 well-planned meters with A/C, hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Electric car charger. In the cottage association, you have a common part in the facility with swimming pool (June-August), sauna, mini golf course, football pitch, playground & tennis court. Ängelholm & Båstad are 20 minutes away with both city and sandy beaches. Stay in winter as well as summer with proximity to activities for all seasons.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This small apartment is located on a natural plot and is close to beautiful Västersjön with its hiking trails. Here, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as the possibility and space for two extra beds (folding) in the living room. Bathroom with washing machine, as well as a small kitchen, with fridge, stove and microwave. The apartment is on the second floor and there is also an outdoor terrace with lovely evening sun. Cozy cottage on the outskirts of Kullabygdens.

A classic Swedish cabin with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, WIFI, washing machine, bathroom and full kitchen with dishwasher fridge/freezer etc.. A small wood-burning stove is available and open plan with a separate small bedroom. The surroundings are amazing with 25 meters to Vege river and brew breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as fishing. Dogs are welcome but then there is a small cleaning fee of 200€ which is resolved on site. Walking distance to Sandön and its shallow beaches A wonderful summer home completely.

Beautiful hiking trails and bike paths nearby. 5 km to the nearest golf course. 13 km to Torekov. 11 km to Båstad. 6 km to a larger grocery store. On the property, there is an additional house about 15 meters away that is occupied by the host.

Cabin of 35 sqm, renovated kitchen in 2020 and new bathroom in 2021. One bedroom with 3 beds, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, open plan with kitchen. TV and fireplace. Exit to the west facing terrace with seating for 10 people, charcoal grill is available. Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop within the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) and towels are brought yourself.

Peaceful cottage in Lerbäckshult near Västersjön

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you live with nature right at your doorstep. The cottage is cozy and simple and invites you to spend a while by the fireplace. Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Longer hiking trails can be found at Djurholmen Nature Reserve. Cleaning is done by you, otherwise there is a fee of SEK 800. Bring your own bed linens and bath towels. Welcome from the Johansson Family!

We have a newly built and fresh accommodation in our barn that we rent out to the family who wants a modern accommodation with proximity to hiking trails and activities. The property has a private entrance and lovely patio in the sun where you overlook the fields and horses. There is one bedroom with 2/3 beds and sleeping loft with room for two. In the fresh bathroom there is a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Nearby there are nice hiking trails, Kungsbygget which is an adventure park.

Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta nybyggda ombonade boendet som ligger beläget vackert vid en damm där lugnet infinner sig. Här har du bland annat gångavstånd till badplats på Sandön, Vegeholms slott och den omtalade golfbanan ”Crownwood Club” som smyg öppnar sommaren 2025. Busshållplats finner du 200 meter från boendet där du enkelt kan ta dig fram längst kusten. Private house with sauna on the Kulla Peninsula!

Huset ligger mitt i byn, nära till havet, badplats, pizzeria och affär. Tunneberga gästgivargård finns tvärs över vägen. Nära också till den nya Kattegattsleden som har utsetts till årets cykelled i Europa 2018. Skåneleden för vandring går genom byn. Nära till Kullaberg. Huset är på 40 kvadratmeter och har eget badrum och bastu. I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. Tillgång till egen uteplats med grill.

Beachfront Cottage

Beachfront Tiny House with nature on your doorstep and the sea in sight. It has room for two adults and two children. A double bed with a window section facing the garden that has a cozy crawl-in coat for the kids on top. Cooking inside and outside. Private toilet & shower, Smart TV and free parking. The sea is just on the other side of the meadow with a swimming area about 200 meters walk. Dogs are welcome but please let me know when booking.
