Separate shower and toilet are also in the laundry room on the property.

On the historic Ludvigsgården in Magnarp, you will find this wonderful old house with roots dating back to 1690. Less than a five-minute walk to the sea, harbour and fishing cove. The farmhouse is modern but at the same time breathes the past with a magnificent tiled stove, an old fine wooden floor and a leafy patio. Here there is life and movement in the form of both children, friends, horses, cats and dogs, but the farm also gives a wonderful calm. For us, it's a magical place - welcome to our home!

With open spaces and high ceilings the cabin combines outdoor and indoor spaces making its compact 35m2 space feel spacious, with a tasteful Scandinavian interior and high quality finish.

Wake up on the beach with a fantastic view over Skälderviken and the skyline of Bjärehalvön. No running water. Drinking water in bottle. Shower is 200 meter away at Albertsgården. In Albertsgårdens coffe you can prebook your breakfast for a extra cost. Albertsgården is a coffee with homemade cakes and icecream. Leave the place as you found it. Bedlinnen and towel can be rented for 100 Skr per person. Incinerating toilet. No sink in the toilet but close by in the kitchen.

Next door to the sea is our cottage overlooking Skälderviken and Kullaberg. You are alone at your morning swim and 50 meters away you have the harbor with cozy restaurants. If you want to be on the beach, here is one of Sweden's finest beaches that you can reach within 5 minutes of the cottage. You have a grocery store and bus connections 10 minutes walking distance. The cottage is newly built and you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in Vejbystrand. Welcome!

Cozy cottage near the sea

Welcome to this cozy red cottage with its own garden with berry bushes and fruit trees located only 600 meters from a lovely beach. Trains and buses are very close, so it's easy to get here and discover the surroundings. For those of you who like to cycle, Kattegattleden is around the corner, and there is plenty of room for parking if you come by car. A nice place for a peaceful and pleasant stay! On the property, there is another house but you have separate gardens.

Your part of the home is a complete, separate accommodation with its own entrance, terrace, barbecue, lawn, etc.
