The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Genieten van een huisje met omheinde tuin. Jullie verblijven in ons mooie huisje in industriële stijl met tuinkamer en een 5-persoons jacuzzi. In de tuin staat de barrelsauna met buitendouche. Er liggen grote badlakens en badjassen klaar. De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. Bij aankomst betalen Uw hond is welkom, deze kost € 20 per nacht extra

Energy-neutral cozy vacation home

Wooden cottage, self-built in 2020. Mostly with recycled material. There are no less than 20 solar panels on the cottage! The beams and the ridge have remained nicely in sight, which gives a spatial effect. A stable window from the farm where Karin was born has been incorporated into the ridge. The old yellow clinkers from that farm form the terrace, along with the tiles from the basement. As a surprise, husband made a heart in the terrace for Karin! All in all a nice place to stay

Cosy guesthouse in Watergang, near Amsterdam

Ons guesthouse ‘Achterom’ staat in het prachtige, rustige Watergang. Je bent in 12 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam met de auto of bus. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een (korte) vakantie nodig hebt. Our guesthouse 'Achterom' is located in the beautiful, quiet Watergang. You reach the center of Amsterdam in 12 minutes by bus or car. Nice outdoors combined with everything the city has to offer.

Cottage in Aalsmeer

The cottage features a cozy living room and open kitchen, where there is underfloor heating. A TV is provided, which can only be used with the Chromecast(is present). Shower and toilet are provided. Upstairs there is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. You can also sit on our cozy porch; nice to have breakfast, eat or read a book. The garden has several cozy nooks to sit in. If you come by boat? No problem, next to the cottage there is the possibility to dock your boat.

Country side studio with amazing view

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself.
