The apartment is located in Bremen St. Magnus within walking distance of Constructor University and the train station. It is a beautiful and spacious place with a very characteristic charm. A colorful, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2021 with a separate entrance. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, there is parking in front of the house. All public and private areas are non-smoking zones.
