Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

"Das Lethe-Haus "

Wir haben ein kleines Haus mit Terrasse zu vermieten. Der idyllische Garten lädt zum Entschleunigen ein. Das Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen.. Im Obergeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Bett steht im Wohn-Essbereich. Der Oberlether Krug ist in 50m und bietet am Abend super Essen. Der "Hof Oberlethe" ist nur 500m entfernt. Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

Inmitten der ostfriesischen Natur zwischen Ländereien, Kanälen und idyllischem Baumbestand verbirgt sich unser Landhaus (Grünhoff’s Landhuus) mit seinem historischen Charme. Das urige Gästehaus (Oll Höhnerhuck) und das großzügige Grundstück laden zum Entspannen und Genießen ein. Die unmittelbare Umgebung eignet sich bestens für Erkundungstouren. Ausflüge an die Nordseeküste, in einen der Sielorte oder die Städte Norden, Aurich oder Emden sind mit dem Auto schnell umzusetzen.

Diese moderne Wohnung als Teil eines charmanten ehemaligen Bauernhauses ist erst kürzlich (2025) fertiggestellt worden und besticht durch seine schicken Holzakzente, architektonisch besondere Bauweise sowie die tolle Lage mit viel Weidefläche drumherum. Reinkommen & wohlfühlen! Supermärkte sind ca. 1.5km entfernt. Bushaltestelle ca. 1.2 km. Gut bewertete Restaurants finden sich in einem 3km Radius.

From the cozy fireplace with wood burning to the fully furnished, freestanding kitchen block including side-by-side combination with integrated ice cube dispenser and additional fully automatic coffee machine. A large walk-in shower provides relaxation and the 1.80 m box spring bed promises ultimate relaxation. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Ein fast barrierefreies ruhiges Ferienhaus direkt am eigenen See und weniger als 5 Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung hat durch seine Holzbauweise ein unübertreffliches Klima, darüber hinaus sind ausschließlich Antiallergiker Matratzen vorhanden. Die 25 qm-große Terrasse lädt zum langen Frühstücken ein. Selbst bei „Schietwetter“ ist dies kein Problem, da die Terrasse überdacht ist. Ein Grill steht bereit, außerdem ist eine Sauna eingebaut.

Bright & cozy apartment (75 sqm) in Bad Zwischenahn – only a few minutes from Zwischenahner Meer and center. One bedroom with double bed & French bed, a spacious living room with sofa bed and small working area, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, washing machine & free parking. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is therefore not suitable for people with walking disabilities. Perfect for families, couples or guests seeking tranquility and relaxation.

Sleep centrally and comfortably

In the renovated annex, we let our family & friends stay when they visit us. On other days, we now also warmly welcome everyone else to our place :-). We live centrally in Hude, yet absolutely quiet! You can walk to everything such as train, shops, doctors, pharmacy, forest, etc. There is a private front door, a small kitchen, a shower room with window, a very nice bedroom and a kind of small "living room" with a sofa bed. Parking space available.

Cozy apartment next door

The apartment next door, It has a kitchen with everything you need: coffee maker, oven, integrated induction field, fridge with freezer, microwave and a toaster. The apartment has an open plan living and dining area. The living room is equipped with a 50-inch TV that receives all major channels. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. The bathroom has been modernized and has a large rain shower. Upstairs is the sleeping area.

Inis vacation home

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich neben dem Haupthaus und ist eine separate, abgeschlossene Wohneinheit für sich. Die Einrichtung ist harmonisch und gemütlich. Sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafzimmer führen Türen nach draußen in die Gärten. Ausreichende Sitzgelegenheiten laden auch dort zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Es gibt 2 Fernseher. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zum Service gehören Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

The building is located on a cul-de-sac. The property is well established. Part of the garden can also be used. A covered barbecue area is available for guests. Pets are allowed in this house; I charge €5 per dog per day. This amount is payable in cash on the day of arrival. A few things of daily life - bread and rolls can be purchased from me by reservation. I try to offer organic standard when possible.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
