Wir haben ein kleines Haus mit Terrasse zu vermieten. Der idyllische Garten lädt zum Entschleunigen ein. Das Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen.. Im Obergeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Bett steht im Wohn-Essbereich. Der Oberlether Krug ist in 50m und bietet am Abend super Essen. Der "Hof Oberlethe" ist nur 500m entfernt. Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

A colorful, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2021 with a separate entrance. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Aura, die es zu entdecken gilt.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
