Die Infrarot-Sauna bietet pure Entspannung, sowie die Garten-Terrasse Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Wald mit Teich erreichbar und der Ostfriesland Wanderweg direkt an unseren Hof angrenzend. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! We warmly welcome you to our old Lower Saxony hall house. We rent 2 apartments in our beautiful completely renovated farmhouse. If you are looking for a very individual apartment where everything is new, this is the place for you. The garden is now also finished. Please note that in the apartment there is a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with 140 x 180 cm. The apartment is therefore comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.
