The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200 m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls during breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and has an open bathroom without a door. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

The cottage has a small kitchen with a two-burner stove, fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. Dishes and cookware are sufficiently available. The small bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a small hairdryer. On a gallery accessible with a ladder is the approx. 1.50 m wide and almost 2 m long sleeping area with a simple mattress. The old corner couch below can be opened and offers a sleeping area of approx. 1.20 m to about 2 m.
