The Salzhaff is only 150 meters away and invites you to great sunsets as well as water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, SUP and kayaking. Furthermore, the surroundings offer a variety of beautiful bike paths for cycling enthusiasts.

It is 200 m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls during breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and has an open bathroom without a door. The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free private sauna, large kitchen with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is a free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis table, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
