Beautiful on a farm

Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. We have lovingly and ecologically renovated our construction trailer, trying to preserve the old. There is a large bed (2.50 m x 2.00 m), a wood-burning stove that makes it cozy and warm, a gas stove, an outdoor shower that is turned off in frost and a compost toilet. You are in the middle of our small farm in a single location with an organic shop. Train station - Sandhagen (Rostock-Wismar) in 700 m as the crow flies. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Otherwise, by bus and train.

The cozy wooden house with a conservatory and fireplace is located directly on the Salzhaff, between the popular holiday resorts of Wismar and Kühlungsborn. Only about an hour and a half from Hamburg, the vacation home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. The Salzhaff is only 150 meters away and invites you to great sunsets as well as water sports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, SUP and kayaking. Furthermore, the surroundings offer a variety of beautiful bike paths for cycling enthusiasts.

The former wash house is quietly and idyllically located in a listed estate from 1781 in the municipality of Neuburg/Northwest Mecklenburg. Surrounded by nature, away from the big tourist areas and yet only 10 km from the Baltic Sea and 15 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

Cabin very close to Salzhaff beach

The cottage has a small kitchen with a two-burner stove, fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. Dishes and cookware are sufficiently available. The small bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a small hairdryer. On a gallery accessible with a ladder is the approx. 1.50 m wide and almost 2 m long sleeping area with a simple mattress. The old corner couch below can be opened and offers a sleeping area of approx. 1.20 m to about 2 m.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

We are renting out an inviting studio apartment overlooking the Baltic Sea right on the Salzhaff in Boiensdorf. It is ideal for two people. The apartment is located in the magnificent farmhouse on the 2nd floor. It is about 40 square meters and has a small hallway in the entrance area, a bathroom with shower, an open living-sleeping area and a balcony, about 8 square meters.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days.
