Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Alto Alentejo

El apartamento está muy bien, los espacios estan muy bien distribuidos y es muy comodo. La zona es muy buena, muchos restaurantes y tiendas de alimentacion cerca, aunque al ser la calle peatonal hay que desplazarse con el equipaje desde donde se aparque el coche (hay zona azul bastante cerca, aunque al ser paseo maritimo, no siempre tienes la suerte de encontrar algo libre). Candida was lovely and at check in, gave up local knowledge and tour of house, which was clean and very functional. They had a hair dryer, nice when traveling to not need your own or worry with voltage and a small space heater which was nice for our unusually cold days. There's two bedrooms, one with a comfortable bed (not too firm or too soft) and one that was a bit thinner and softer, so you have options! There was an induction stove top and microwave with a convection feature, good for warming things though probably not good for baking. The only con was unfortunately the towels and sheets are washed in a strongly scented detergent-common for Portugal but still bothersome. The location has great parking very close and free and is in a lovely neighborhood.

Estuvimos súper bien en esta casita tan acogedora. Se nos hizo corta la estancia y dejamos este pequeño paraíso con ganas de estar más días. En caso de volver a visitar esta zona repetiremos sin pensarlo dos veces. Gracias Anna

El alojamiento es como se describe. Zona tranquila e interesante para hacer rutas cercanas, de mar o de montaña, la zona es estupenda. Anabela atenta y servicial. Muy buena experiencia.

Annemies place is perfect, this is our second time here and can safely say we will 100% be back again, Annemie is also the perfect host, whenever there is an issue she will be right on it and is unbelievably friendly and helpful

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at CASAVADIA II. It is a hidden gem in nature. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

This was probably one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays we have had. I can only recommend the service, the space, and pretty much everything. thank you so much!

Paikka oli idyylinen ja rauhallinen. Sopi erittäin hyvin kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle koiralle. Aita ympäröi kaunista pihaa ja asunto oli ihanan persoonallinen. Takassa poltettiin puita joka ilta, koska illat oli viileät ja se toi ihanan tunnelman. Carlos oli ihan super kun toi meille puita lisää kun takkapuut loppuivat. Kuvat vastasivat asuntoa ja pihaa hyvin. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä.

This Airbnb was exactly what my group was looking for! The house looked just like the photos, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Rudy’s mother, Sylvie, who kindly introduced us to the space. The pool and outdoor seating area were lovely additions, and having a walkable grocery store nearby was super convenient. Rudy and Sylvie were very responsive and made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again—thanks for a wonderful experience!

Éramos um grupo de 10 pessoas e a casa correspondeu às expectativas. Estava impecavelmente limpa, com espaço suficiente para todos e uma vista lindíssima que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. As zonas de lazer foram sem dúvida um ponto forte e ajudaram a tornar o fim de semana bem divertido. A única coisa que sentimos falta, sendo um grupo grande, foi uma máquina de lavar loiça, tinha dado jeito. Ainda assim, recomendamos e consideraríamos voltar.

Andrea and James are by car the best hosts I’ve had ever encountered. We had the “blessing” of arriving to Lisbon on the black out day and even without any electricity, our stay was magical. The jacuzzi was still warm so me and my partner spent the night stargazing and enjoying the bubbly wine that kindly Andrea left it for us. This property is a true oasis and a romantic escape, it has anything you’ll need for a long holiday . Their 2 little furry friends were the highlight if you enjoy the company of dogs as much as we do, we felt so welcomed and loved by them! We truly wish that we had spent our two nights in Lisbon at Andrea’s place. Highly recommend it 🫶

The place was very quiet, with a nice garden area. We didn’t even feel that the owner’s family was living upstairs, since we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had all the amenities needed, and slept very well in comfy beds. The fact that we were allowed to use the parking inside the house was very handy. The communication with Angelina was very easy and she responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais/Sintra areas.

We have stayed in Vladimir’s apartment two years in a row. In our view, the apartment is excellent and Vladimir js a fantastic host.

Paulo was helpful & communicative. He made the process of getting into the apartment very easy, and the space was great for me as a solo traveler. Great location. Despite being on the ground floor it is a quiet street, there is occasional street noise but it is barely an issue - few cars or pedestrians pass on this street.

Absolute Ruhe! Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Tage bei Sonia mit den besten Sonnenuntergängen. Selten eine so saubere Küche gehabt. Ganz nette Familie, Kinder sind schon was älter und daher auch sehr ruhig. Mega schnell geantwortet und immer erreichbar gewesen. Wir kommen wieder :-)

A cabana é super fofa e não é longe da cidade. Foi uma estadia confortável!!

The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and it has a private little spot in the sand near the door to enjoy the view of the lagoon, only a few meters from the waters edge. I highly recommend!

Superou as minhas expectativas. O chalé é exatamente como descrito e a área externa é muito melhor pessoalmente. A Mariana e o Daniel são super atenciosos e pró-ativos. Rapidamente ajudaram-me a fechar alguns pontos da cerca que a minha cadela menor poderia passar. Recomendam restaurantes ótimos e o que explorar nos arredores. Senti-me mesmo em casa. Espero voltar mais vezes. Obrigada :)

Beautiful and comfortable home. Wonderful hosts who catered to our one year old with cot, high chair and toys brilliantly. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby, Sintra and Belém were probably our favourites (20 and 40 minute drive away respectively). Lots of animals too which kept the little one entertained. Would recommend to anyone!

Von Anfang bis Ende ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Unser Besuch auf der Salsa Livre Farm war ein absoluter Volltreffer. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen und fanden eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche vor, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Die Gastgeber Emily und Gary hatten sogar den Kühlschrank mit frischen Lebensmitteln und Gewürzen gefüllt, was den Start in unseren Aufenthalt sehr erleichterte – besonders praktisch, da wir an einem Sonntag ankamen. Das Schlafzimmer bot puren Komfort. Die Betten waren nicht nur extrem gemütlich, sondern die Matratzen und Kissen auf einem Niveau, das wir bisher selten erlebt haben. So bequem, dass wir sogar wissen wollten, wo wir diese Kissen selbst kaufen können! Nach unserem langen Roadtrip durch Portugal war dies der ideale Rückzugsort, um wieder Energie zu tanken.
