Holiday rentals with breakfast in Alto Alentejo

This house was just perfect. Very comfortable and cozy. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house. The host was fantastic. She made an excellent breakfast each morning. Very thoughtful in every way. This place is truly unique and the hosts are incredible. From the very start of our stay I knew it would be a memorable experience, from Eloiza meeting us at the cannons and leading us through the winding paths of the medieval city. As the description states it is clearly a medieval home, so you have to expect it will have the conveniences of a medieval home. That being said, you will not find a more beautiful location in Monsanto. Our host also graciously provided a breakfast feast each morning, which was so lovely and unexpected. There are not many restaurant options in mind, so definitely keep that in mind. This was an incredible stay and I hope we can go back again one day!

This place is a slice of heaven! The house and pool has a completely private view of the horses field. Perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. We enjoyed the breakfast delivery, walk around the land and farm animal tour/feed. We stocked up on food beforehand that you can cook in the house and just stayed there all weekend. The hosts were really welcoming and flexible with our needs. Would love to return. Thank you for a great stay

It was perfect. The house is very nice, wider than it looks in the pictures. Amazing breakfast on the terrace. We were informed of nearby restaurants. We were offered to request anything we needed. The stay was very pleasant, I recommend it 100%. I would definitely come back again! Thank you!!!

Christina was extremely helpful and an excellent host. As a superhost myself, I would absolutely rate this place a 5 star. Her level of communication was excellent providing us with a driver and great local recommendations. I highly recommend having a hired driver while visiting the area if you want to travel outside the square.

We had a fantastic time at Herdade do Montum. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is a little gem, very cosy and beautiful, and the surroundings are lovely, very green and quiet. We had both dinner and breakfast at the Herdade, and both were delicious. Highly recommend a stay here for a couple of days to recharge and enjoy a quiet holiday!

Top marks for the friendliness, responsiveness and kind hospitality of the hosts, who provided an incredible selection of food and drink (in the fridge). We enjoyed the small roof terrace in the rear and the balconies overlooking the Plaza. Daily parking in the nearby Obispo Galeazo garage was convenient and reasonably priced at €12,45. The lively atmosphere of the adjacent Plaza Mayor emphasizes the special privilege of renting this apartment. Don't miss this opportunity.

Wonderful stay in Lisbon! The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, very bright and has a really nice outdoor space. It is in a very quiet area, away from the noise of the city: perfect for relaxing after a day around. Muidini was an exceptional host, always kind and super responsive. Gabriel, the co-host, welcomed us with great availability and made check-in simple and warm, always remaining very helpful. Another plus: you can get by car, taxi or Uber to the door. A perfect experience in every way. Will definitely be back!

We loved the apartment. We are traveling married and three children. The beds great. We used the couch for one of the guys and it was comfortable. Towels very well, very equipped kitchen, everything perfect. Regarding the area, super close to the entire monumental part, but also very quiet. No noise was heard. To be repeated!!!

Very functional apartment, located in a quiet area, about a 30-minute walk from the heart of the city. Trams and buses near the apartment, which is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Helena gave us jams and drinks for breakfast and this isa relevant upgrade. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Romeo’s apartment. Perfect location an easy walk to town and everything you need. Plus a lovely view over the river. Romeo was there to greet us and was very accommodating and was always quick to respond. It was so nice that they provided all the essential food you would need for breakfast as well. You won’t regret staying there, if we’re ever in Coimbra again we will definitely be booking Romeo’s!

We had an absolutely fantastic time here! Dominique and Cuno were so sweet and generous. It started with me asking questions about the boat tours to the berlengas islands long before we arrived and they were so helpful! the place was very cozy and felt like home. And the breakfast... I would go back just for the breakfast. So delicious and so fresh! They gave us the best recommendations while we were there and we had some great conversation. I would absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone! I hope we will be back in the near future!

A wonderful stay and experience! Sandrine is a fantastic host and she and Olivier couldn't have been kinder. The lodging is beautiful, natural, and pure. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the space very private. The breakfasts were top of the line, too. Most highly recommended!

We had a great time in Lurdes's b&b, which is in a great location for visiting the surrounding area but also Tomar and Nazare. The room is comfortable and spacious with a very large private bathroom and more than comfortable shower Everything was very clean. The stay was very pleasant. Lurdes is a very nice and pleasant person. It was a pleasure to meet her and also enjoy the good breakfast she personally prepares. From sweet to savory, there's nothing missing. Absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with Fabrice and Marie! The Quinta is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable—we slept so well. Breakfast was prepared with such care and attention to detail, and it was truly delicious. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday, and Fabrice and Marie went out of their way to make it even more special with their kindness and thoughtfulness. We’d definitely love to come back!

I feel very fortunate to have found Justus’s Place. The accommodations were amazing and Justus and Allison are very friendly. Justus assisted me in finding my way around Lisbon! He makes delicious breakfasts every morning and made me feel relaxed and right at home. I feel I made a friend for life. 😀

Thanks to the hospitality of Isabel, Carlos, Kevin and David you will feel at home. The house is fully pet-friendly and has a huge garden where your pets can have fun and play. In addition, the house has a perfect location to get around the area (Lisbon 40 minutes, Peniche 20 minutes away, Óbidos 20 minutes away...) We were positively surprised by the place. Everything was clean, the room was new and the breakfast very good. Contact with Mariana was straightforward and very nice. We would book again.
