Our particularly beautiful apartment has a combined kitchen and living room, a shower room, a living room and a bedroom with a double bed. It is individually furnished and simply cozy. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can relax wonderfully. From the living room and the kitchen-living room you can look into our large garden, which can of course be used. Cozy corners with garden furniture invite you to relax and unwind. The barrel sauna can be used on request.

In addition to a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm), the living/sleeping area has an inviting dining area and a large TV. On top you have the opportunity to spend relaxing hours on the large sunny balcony.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

Bright 2-room apartment, close to town yet quiet area. Train Station, Autostadt and Outlet are just an 8 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, equipped with flat screen TVs and invite you to "arrive and feel good". The apartment has WiFi. We spent the Easter days at Frank's place with 5 adults. The apartment is spacious, sparkling clean and modern equipped with everything you need to live and the beds very comfortable. We really didn't miss anything. The location was fantastic for us, quietly located on the edge of a residential area overlooking the countryside (every morning we heard the green woodpecker in the garden), yet downtown Lüneburg was easily and quickly accessible. The communication with Frank was always extremely friendly and very service-oriented. He even "sent us" the Easter bunny:) We highly recommend the place and can imagine asking Frank again on a next visit to the area. An absolute recommendation and definitely worth the money!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this extraordinarily beautifully furnished apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was everything you need. The neighbors were very friendly and accommodating. The location is nice, but not super central for activities with a toddler. But the landlord can't do anything about that. The communication was excellent and we all had a nice time. The small garden was particularly great. The decor is much nicer than in the pictures - a real eye-catcher and with so much attention to detail. Really great.
