The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have completely renovated it with love ever since. You can expect plenty of space through spacious living areas, modern furnishings, plenty of peace and relaxation. We hope you love it and can recharge your batteries during your stay. Furthermore, the city of Quedlinburg offers a lot of history, art and culture. The Harz Mountains are right outside the door and invite you to explore.

Apartment at Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

After self-checkin, we welcome you to Airbnb with a drink provided by us! Our Airbnb is located in the most beautiful district of Wolfsburg "Fallersleben". From the apartment you can reach the train station, shops and good restaurants or the nearby park in a few minutes. In addition, the Volkswagen plant is only a few minutes drive from the apartment. Welcome to the vacation room in the animal house. The cozy room offers you a sleeping niche in the half-timbering & a sofa bed, a private bathroom, a single kitchen for self-catering & a separate entrance. Our animal house is a meeting place for humans & animals, (horses, chickens, mini pigs, raccoons, dog & cats) From our location, you can make many excursions, whether in nature or culture & it is located on many hiking trails.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

The entire 55 m² two-room apartment is located in a quiet side street between the town hall and university hospital. The apartment is on the first floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet backside and has sun all day. In addition, two bicycles can also be used free of charge. :)
