The construction trailer is located opposite a 100-year-old barn that I have converted into a studio. The construction trailer is 17 m² in size with a combined kitchen and living room and a double bed in one room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, a kettle, a small fridge and a sink (water container). You will find everything you need in terms of cooking and dining utensils, as well as spices. The wood-burning stove quickly creates cosy warmth when needed. The guest shower and toilet are located in the barn.

Hi, I'm Herbert. I am a cozy converted GDR construction trailer and stand next to my colleagues Manfred and Norbert incredibly idyllic in the middle of the forest on the picturesque Zermützelsee. I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, an artistic excursion restaurant with really delicious food. I am just the right person for nature lovers, forest walkers, lake bathers, sun loungers and fresh air relaxers. I am pretty and modernly furnished and have everything you could ever need.

The garden is growing over my head. From autumn to spring, it is time to prune the trees and bushes, collect the wood and carry it to the hedge. In summer, it's the mud building or digging a foundation. Sometimes carrying a few things from A to B. There are always thousands of things to do. Many things are better in pairs or threes. You help me, very relaxed, about three hours a day. The rest of the time you can enjoy nature, the construction trailer, the sauna and life.

Goitzsche Camper

You will find our camper between numerous lakes. We acquired this one in 2024. You can rent this as accommodation for 4-6 people. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. Double bed and double bunk bed (max. 60 kg), The table can still be converted for 2 people (1.60 m lying surface) You can also drive it to our campsites in the area or rent it for vacations further away. Time out in the <hanging>

The "Abhanger" (about 20 m2) is on our small Yard behind the barn, on a meadow under trees. A nice bathroom is just a few steps away. Depending on the situation, you’ll be greeted by Oskar the rooster, Leon our friendly but lively Briard, or Gismo the tomcat, and the chickens usually roam freely around the property. On the adjacent pasture, donkeys and goats graze. Here, everyone can get lost in peace, just being here in this place.

Leipzig in the countryside by the river Large trailer

Leipzig by the river and Neuseenland. Very quiet surroundings! Diving!!! Paddle boarding, cycling, fishing with a fishing license on the river. Bus, tram, S-Bahn available. 25 min. to city center Free parking. There are plenty of opportunities for sports. Bicycles to rent for a 5 euro daily fee Heating if required 3.50 euros daily rate Toilet and shower right next to it. In the caravan toilet only for the little pee.

Cozy camper at Lake Zwenkau

A lovingly modernized trailer could be your next exciting stop to explore the beautiful area around Lake Zwenkau, discover Leipzig, switch off for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2 x 2 m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall protection for toddlers can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.

Laubenglück Südharz

Hainrode is an idyllic village in the South Harz Biosphere Reserve and a paradise for hikers. The access road ends here, so there's no through traffic! Our camp is located at the end of the village, surrounded by old orchards with stunning views of meadows and forests. There are numerous hiking trails, as well as great opportunities for leisurely cycling or mountain biking to explore the countless trails.
