We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Udenfor venter området med pool, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Stranden ligger mindre end 10 minutters gang fra døren, og Djurs Sommerland er kun en kort køretur væk.

Stranden er lavvandet, men der er sandbanker ca. 100 meter ude i vandet, som kan ses og man kan gå derud, ved lavvand. På den anden side af bakken er der super dejligt vand. Stort køkken alrum. Oplagt til gode gåture, både sommer, efterår og vinter. Ca 4.5 km til supermarked og lille by med god bager. Djurs sommerland (22km ) Gl. Estrup(13km) Allingåbro - genbrugsbutikker ( 10km)

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Storbyen Aarhus, Letbanen, busforbindelser, 1 km til motorvej, 4-5 km til stranden, landsby idyl. det er en lille landsby med 5 gårde Rolige naturskønne områder (kommunal skov 1 km. ) Stor fællesområde med græs. Lidt væk fra det hele. Men rare og venlige omgivelser. Skrev en der lejede det ja det er rigtigt, der er 1,5 km til byer med forretninger, byerne er Hjortshøj, Skødstrup, Skæring.

Mosskovhuset - unique little holiday home in Rold Skov

Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home.
