Studio holiday apartment in the middle of the old market town

Small, cozy holiday apartment (27m2) in the middle of the old town, a few meters from the pedestrian street with the Malt Factory in the backyard and shopping just around the corner. You will be staying in a well-maintained one-room holiday apartment, with a modern bathroom and a small, well-functioning kitchen. Everything is nicely well maintained. The apartment must be handed over in the same cleaned condition as at check-in. If you do not want to clean yourself, this can be purchased for kr. 300-. There is the possibility of 1 extra bed on the sofa for a child, for an additional fee.

Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

Troldhøj, wide open spaces and nature

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can let go of the stress of everyday life. The house is withdrawn from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fire pit and lots of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, inn and pizza as well as 7 km. to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

We rent out our newly built and lovely summerhouse from 2022, located in Mols Bjerge. The house has a personal touch and everywhere is cared for the details, creating a great atmosphere. The house is located on a 1300 m2 natural plot, surrounded by a 150 m2 wooden terrace. Only 5 minutes drive to a lovely beach and delicious eateries. We only rent to one family at a time. I.e. no rental for 2 “small” families. Electricity (DKK 4.00 per KWH) and water (DKK 70 per KBM) are settled separately.
