THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

K.S Hus

We rent out our nice and cozy guest house of approx. 45-50 square meters, with a large double bed (180cm) + two sofas that you can make a bed and sleep well in (are not sofa beds, but ordinary sofas, but nice to sleep on). Kitchen with hob and bathroom with shower. About 10-15 minutes walk to the train towards Gothenburg and Alingsås centre. Parking is available by the house. This is a guest house next to the house we live in. We have two kids that sometimes play in the area.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Sjönära landsbygdsdröm

Welcome to this newly built villa at the Swedish countryside. The house was finished in May 2023 and is fully equipped. Outdoor seating area, BBQ, AC, washing machines, Wifi and TV. Access to the lake for swimming is just a short walking distance away. Sauna can be accessed upon request, it is located on the host’s private property and is payed cash. Summer cottage by Lake Mjörn

Nice little cabin with beautiful views of Lake Mjörn, just 70 meters to a private bathing area and beach. A motorboat is included for excursions, swimming, and fishing. The forest behind offers trails, berries, and mushrooms. 1.8 km to the train, with 10 minutes to Alingsås and 30 minutes to Gothenburg. Perfect for those who want to combine peaceful nature with easy access to city life. There is ample parking and the secluded location will provide relaxing days.

Välkomna till detta centralt belägna nybyggda gästhus där du har nära till både tågstation, centrum och lasarettet. Mataffär har du inom ett par hundra meter. Gästhuset är helt nybyggt med alla bekvämligheter så som tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och tv med chromecast. Köket är fullutrustat med bl.a. kyl/frys, ugn, kaffekokare och micro. Här bor du i ett fräscht nybyggt gästhus med eget kök och badrum. Gratis parkering finns på gatan.

Korpakullen i Bälinge, Alingsås.

Lägenheten ligger idylliskt, nära skog med bär och svamp. Underbara promenadmöjligheter i skogen. 400 m till Stora och Lilla Munsjöarna med badplats och fiske. Det är 50 km till Göteborg, 40 km till Borås, 10 km till 18-håls golfbana. 5 km till den vackra trästaden Alingsås. Sängplats för 2 personer i säng samt 2 personer i bäddsoffa. Rökning förbjuden. Hund är tillåten. Lägenheten är på andra våningen, ingen hiss.

Matbutiker finns närmast i Gråbo som ligger 7 minuter bort med bil. Vi (värdarna) bor i huset bredvid och finns alltid tillgängliga. 5 minuters promenad kan man bada i sjön.
