Suitable for 2 adults sleeping in the bedroom on the ground floor and 1-2 children sleeping in the attic. 2 swimming areas within 500 meters, about 5 minutes to walk. Nice walking paths close by both along the lake and in the forest. Large garden with room for play. 2 glassed-in patios. One for breakfast and the other with evening sun. Playground in the area. A few kilometers to Alingsås golf course and Lygnareds swimming area with, among other things, canoe rental.

Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. The train station is a 5 min walk away and the trains take you to Alingsås in 10 min and Gothenburg in 20 min. There’s a rocky beach and a sandy beach close by. Lots of forest and meadows to stroll around. Perfect for a group of friends or family.
