My house has been described as light and cosy. It is filled with books, art and interesting things - a home from home, not the usual holiday let. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Beautifully presented and welcoming cosy flint cottage within walking distance of The South Downs National Park. Our cottage is located in a peaceful and friendly village with two great pubs, fabulous Thai restaurant, post office and local Marks and Spencer BP convenience store, all only a short stroll away. You can enjoy a walking, cycling or a relaxing holiday. The cottage is located only a 10 minute drive into Eastbourne Town Centre and Seafront.

Semi-detached 2bed, KingstonRidge, Kingston, Lewes

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
