You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon.
