Sie liegt am Sonnenhang ind verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer ,einer Wohnküche ,einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer, Dusche mit WC,WC und Badezimmer .Von den zwei Balkons aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hochzeiger und der Pitztaler Bergwelt. Zitadelle – Traumhaus im Grünen

Das Vollholz-Haus liegt mitten in Igls, dem gemütlichen Stadtteil von Innsbruck, im südlichen Mittelgebirge. Das Haus ruht charmant zwischen den alten Obstbäumen unseres Gartens, der Wohnraum ist lichtdurchflutet und großzügig. Vom ausladenden Süd-West-Balkon aus sieht man weit ins Oberinntal, im Osten fällt die Morgensonne herein und man sieht den nahegelegenen Patscherkofel, den beliebten Innsbrucker Hausberg.
