We had an amazing stay here and definitely recommend it to everyone!

Qualitativ ausgestattet. Zentral in Schruns gelegen. Super freundlicher Empfang und Kommunikation. Hundefreundlich. Kommen hoffentlich bald wieder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice appartment that is part of the Geranio resort with a nice pool and a good location close to the lake. We enjoyed every day here and it is a nice place to start for shorter or longer daytrips or just a day by the lake. Rita and Manuella was very welcoming and made sure everyone felt at “home”.

Ideally located, spacious and convenient studio. A bit old though. I found pubic hair in the bathroom though. The heater in the bathroom was rusty and left stains on the towels.

Die Familie Binder ist sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Ab der ersten Begegnung und bis zur Heimfahrt (2 Wochen) haben sie uns immer bestens unterstützt mit Leckeren Gebäck, praktischen Hinweisen, schönen Platz im Garten und einfach mit alles drum herum. Wir haben uns dort super wohl gefüllt. Die Wohnung ist sogar grösserer, als man von den Bildern sich vorstellen kann, sehr sauber, ruhig, hell. Mit Sonderplatz für Schuhe im Erdgeschoss. Auch praktisch nah zum Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkets. In der Küche ist alles drin, viel Geschirr alle Art zum Kochen und zum Essen / trinken. Sonst im Badezimmer ist alles perfekt, sehr viele Tischspiele, Bücher, DVDs. Die beide Hunde sind sehr lieb und die Kinder waren glücklich mit denen spielen zu dürfen. Sicherer Parkplatz. Einfach alles durchgedacht und organisiert, so, dass die Gäste sich pur entspannen und den Urlaub genießen können. Besten herzlichen Dank an Familie Binder!!

The apartment is conveniently located in a great neighborhood with easy access to stores, sites and Everything else. It is spacious, clean and well equipped. The management team is pleasant and very responsive. It was very hot when we stayed due to a heat wave, however, the place was equipped with two fans that worked well. I would recommend this property.

Het verblijf is rustig gelegen, maar op korte afstand van de boulevard en het meer. Ook de supermarkt is om de hoek. Het centrum is dichtbij. Qua ligging dus een echte aanrader. In Cannobio is veel te doen. Wandelingen, aan het strand liggen, winkeltjes, lekkere restaurants… In het appartement was alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Je kijkt uit op de binnenkoer en dat is een leuk zicht. Er is geen terras bij het appartement, maar je kan gebruikmaken van de koer en twee gemeenschappelijke balkons die in ons geval altijd vrij waren. Er is geen airco, maar dat viel ons goed mee. Overdag lieten we de luikjes toe en in de avond deden we de ramen open om de kamer te verfrissen. Handdoeken zijn aanwezig! Wat een pluspunt is. Het enige minpunt is dat de wifi niet werkte bij ons. Wij zouden dit verblijf iedereen aanraden!

Amazing stay really good unfortunately i didn't read the AC part there is only a fan and im guessing its in the summer still one of the best stays ever good price and everything is near us from supermarkets and restaurants would recommend also i will be coming back

Great Airbnb, the kitchen was well equipped (even had a toaster and full on stove) very clean apartment, with bed linens and towels the location was about 10 min walk from the HB or by tram (2 stops away) and this was very convenient also they gave us a crib and a high chair for the baby- and was well used thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved staying here! Close to a tram stop that made navigating Zürich easy. The combo washer and dryer was so helpful! Looked just like the photos.

Hatten eine super Zeit in unserem gut eingerichtetem schönen Appartement. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Checkin war super einfach Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ferien. Das Appartement war schön grosszügig und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden Berghaus auf jedenfalls weiter empfehlen.

The operator is extremely organized and pro-active about communicating, which made it easy to arrive flexibly and get checked in. You need to let them know your arrival time an hour in advance, as they meet you in person. Seefeldstrasse is an upscale neighborhood with lots of restaurants and easy food shopping. The apartment is extremely clean and well-equipped. A washing machine with soap, a dishwasher with soap, Nespresso with pods. I had every-other-day service with my reservation, and they restocked coffee and supplies as well as cleaning and replacing towels. The whole building is serviced apartments, many longer-term, and they even put my name on the mailbox and apartment door. Eventually, they might want to update the bathroom, which is Swiss traditional (super-clean and perfectly operating, but the shower-in-tub is a bit narrow), and get a better microwave. But these were very minor issues, and the smooth and responsive organization were the star of the show.

Wunderschöne, einzigartige Aussicht in einer tollen Unterkunft. Auch den schönen Pool und das gute Restaurant können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und konnten so einen Ausflug an die schöne Promenade in Locarno machen (ca 20min) und nach Lugano (ca 40min). Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die einwandfreie Kommunikation.
