Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Apartment with a hot tub and beautiful views

Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

This ensures perfect relaxation after an eventful day.
