Zur Anlage gehören ein Grillplatz sowie ein Spielplatz welche von den Gästen genutzt werden dürfen.

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Balconies on 3 floors. Relax, enjoy food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail.
