Dream view in Alvaneu, newly renovated penthouse!

Very nice penthouse with large sunny balcony in Alvaneu. Dream location in the middle of the mountains with fantastic views. Old village center with grocery store and restaurant, golf course in Alvaneu Bad only a few minutes away. In the middle of the adventure and hiking area "Naturpark Ela", also many cycling and biking tours possible. Situated on the Unesco Heritage railroad line Albula/Bernina, panoramic train ride from Filisur to Preda. Landwasser viaduct can be reached on a beautiful hike.

Stylishly furnished holiday home in a small mountain village in the middle of the Graubündner mountains. Enjoy the views from the panoramic windows and the silence of the picturesque village of Mon or discover the numerous leisure activities in the Savognin holiday destinations (10-15 minutes by car) and Lenzerheide (25-30 minutes by car) and Lenzerheide (25-30 minutes by car). Our cottage is a true oasis of well-being for young and old and offers a lot of space, even for larger families!

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

New, modern house for skiing, biking or relaxing

Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive or 18 bus to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Storage for bikes/skis, laundry, small gym.

The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. We spent an extended weekend in the panoramic sound and were absolutely delighted. The accommodation is beautifully and modernly designed, with beautiful living room in the old stable and with spacious terrace that can be transformed into a conservatory (with radiant heater). The area invites you to hike. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation in Lain by Michael and Dana convinces above all with the great terrace. We really enjoyed the wide view of the mountains. The apartment is in a quiet location, was clean and offers everything you need in terms of basic equipment. The communication was quick and easy. We recommend the place.
