Holiday rentals with a patio in Alassio

Federico is a great host who supported us with an early check in, then greeted us face to face to welcome us into his lovely apartment. He even helped get my VW T4 Van in the underground garage which is available. The apartment itself is a great space with everything you need for a comfy stay, the patio is really big and secure enough for out dog to run free. I would definitely stay again at this lovely apartment.

A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

Claudia and her family are people with healthy principles who made us feel right at home, finally the accommodation is very spacious with everything you need, a large garden surrounded by greenery and quiet among the olive trees.

Very great and quiet place with a wow view over the place, the mountains and the sea! Nevertheless, you are not far away and can easily walk to the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and in particular the outdoor area offers many extras with a large terrace, an area with sun chairs, bicycle parking space with garden hose and parking. Lucy and Mel offered to check in a little earlier and a little later and gave us many useful tips for our stay. We can make an absolute recommendation for the apartment!

Piergiorgio is a courteous, empathetic and attentive Host to the needs of his guests. The apartment is newly furnished with taste and has a nice terrace that is very usable in the summer season. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

Very good and very friendly communication with Lilly, who was always available. The car park is difficult to reach, but alternatively there are car parks at the end of the village. The view from the terrace or the bed is beautiful. The kitchen contains everything we needed for a week. Overall, a fantastic stay in absolute peace.

View from the roof terrace is worth the steep drive, very well equipped! Fortunately, the only thing missing was an icebox.

A beautiful place surrounded by nature and complete calm. The Dolce Vita is here a way of life... We loved this place, but it's a bit difficult to get there at night because the roads are narrow and a little outdated.

We were 2 families with 1 dog, 7 people in total and this place was perfect. Spacious living room, well laid out bedrooms with storage and 2 toilets. The accommodation is very modern, air-conditioned and in an extremely quiet environment. The exterior as well as the inside are very well thought out. The only negative was the fact that the curtains were not opaque and that it was very early light in the bedrooms because the shutters are with blades.

Me, my husband, and our dog Gina spent the days between Christmas and New Year's Eve in this magical place. Immersed in the silence of nature, we lived in total relaxation 5 days between Gina walks, readings and excursions in the neighboring villages where we found very good restaurants. The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Very bright, warm and equipped with every amenity. Jessica immediately made herself available for any need. You didn't need it because your home has all the cards in order to be a little slice of paradise! We left, with the desire to come back as soon as possible.

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

My girlfriend and I really like staying here. The town was so quiet and peaceful and felt like I was in a storybook. We loved the scenic views and the place was spotless. It really made us feel like we were in a movie.

The apartment with large green garden was fantastic for our family. We would have liked to stay longer. The apartment was easy to find, you could park your car and suitcases were easily inside. The short stretch over the road was no problem for us. It was very clean and you can see that Monica and her husband put a lot of love into everything. The kitchen was extensive and nothing was missing. Final Ligure and Finalborgo are incredibly nice and cozy villages. You can reach the first restaurant in 2 minutes and the village square in 5 minutes - it doesn't get any better than that. Monica was very flexible with check-in and check-out and even arranged free tickets for the bus so that we could easily go to the beach (5min walk to the bus and 5min to the beach). We will recommend it to everyone and hope to come back.

A wonderful holiday in Liguria and we can only thank Cinzia and Gerardo, two truly exceptional hosts! Exquisite people, always smiling, welcoming and of a rare kindness. They made us feel right at home, with valuable tips on what to visit and where to eat. The house is in a fantastic location, with a view of the sea that leaves you speechless. The garden is spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location is strategic: just 5 minutes from some of the most beautiful places in Liguria such as Varigotti, Noli and Finalborgo. It was an experience that we will carry in our hearts. Antonello's G house is well-stocked, very clean, with sheets, tablecloths, towels all of excellent quality and fragrant. The house is designed in every detail to make the guest feel good. The house had brand new blankets, a service of plates, cutlery and dishes for the kitchen as in a real Italian house. Antonello also hosted us with gifts: with wine, sauce and pasta as he knows how to make a guest. We felt pampered when we arrived. In addition, my boyfriend had a small cut on his finger and in the house we found everything you need (oxygenated water, first aid kit and many useful things for him). Sipping a coffee in the morning on that balcony with that view of the Ligurian Sea will remain in our hearts. A wonderful experience to experience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Antonello!

Breathtaking views, having breakfast, and seeing the sea from the big windows is worth the whole trip. In the evening we had dinner on the large terrace that is equipped with a table, chairs, and a rocking chair. The room was cool, there are also mosquito nets on the windows. The nice kitchen is bright. In a few steps we arrived at a very nice free beach. Walking a little more along the sea, you can also easily walk to the center of Loano. We will be back 🙂🌞🌊

beautiful apartment, immersed in silence and tranquility. Too bad for the hot tub that didn't work, it would have been great to take a relaxing bath. The only thing to review is the cleanliness of the pans and stove. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo.
