The accommodation is small but equipped with all the comforts including equipped and panoramic outdoor area. Perfect and great linens. The loft accommodation is extremely functional and comfortable. Private internal parking adjacent to the house. Welcoming and helpful hosts

Excellent stay A stone's throw from Monaco and the train station, close to a supermarket. The place is exactly as described and very pleasant! Luckily there were the fans as it was very hot. And small problem to park the car but covered parking nearby certainly for a fee. But very pleasant stay and Raul is very responsive and his explanations for check-in are very clear and his welcome very pleasant with fresh water and coffee.

This is the second time we have stayed at Matteo's, we always find ourselves very well, spacious house with all the necessary amenities and great location close to the center and the beaches. Always very kind and helpful.

Paolo is super friendly and helpful! He was always available and gave us a wonderful stay at his apartment. Everything is as shown in the pictures, the kitchen is fully equipped and the shower is a dream. We will be happy to come back :)

Calogero and his wife were super nice at the reception and flexible, as well as giving great recommendations on the area. The house is very nice, cozy, heated, surrounded by greenery and very equipped, especially the kitchen really has everything you need.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

We were relentless for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb outside and even more inside with this beautiful fireplace. We had the impression of being at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share with you the local products and their beautiful region and to make you happy with small surprises of welcome. Our dogs loved the large garden and forest walks. Our only regret and not staying longer. Paola is a beautiful person who is always attentive to us and is impeccably responsive. We come back, that's for sure.

Wonderful home in a small village that looks like a nativity scene!! Wonderful and very evocative house, beautiful garden and enchanting surroundings: this is the perfect home to relax and regenerate in the middle of greenery a few steps from the sea! In my modest opinion, an excellent location to satisfy all the tastes of vacation. Beautiful architecture of the house, a historic home full of charm, I think it is the beginning of the resurrection of the entire farmhouse, really beautiful!! we'll definitely be back 🤩

Stefania is a very nice host, we were very well hosted. The cottage is in perfect condition, clean, orderly and pleasant. We had a great stay even with the momentary loss of our little dog who was found thanks to the responsiveness of Stefania and a whole group who mobilized for this success. We'll be happy to go back!

Manuela's place was particularly cute, in a very peaceful little village, a magnificent view of the hill. The instructions given to access the accommodation were very clear, the house is REALLY very cozy and cute. Manuela has created a book with recommendations for sightseeing and dining in many nearby cities. Honestly everything was perfect, we would recommend it without hesitation! Bartolomeo's place was our place for 2 weeks, but even more than we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, convenient supermarket within easy reach. In front of the house the Mediterranean. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton Nice monte carlo, Eze in one direction and sanremo imperia in the other. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded very quickly and kindly to questions,and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long talked short sense,Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. I stayed at Elisa's place with my elderly parents, perfect for us accustomed to large indoor spaces and the garden. It was like being at home. Elisa was an impeccable host: helpful, kind, always available and ready to help. I've given my best to all the amenities.

We had some great relaxing days. The price is a bit high, but quite right. The only downside was the very hard beds. With a dog, the property is a win, as there are no meadows. A dog spot about 1.5 km away but very small and for large dogs. We highly recommend it. Nespresso with capsules, a lot of good dishes, everything is available in the kitchen. Cosmetic items( soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.) are available. With the translation app, the communication via Wh….app with Avenola was very great. Reply always and immediately, thank you so much for your super care, Grazie Car was safe on the enclosed property. Neighbors were very nice. We can only recommend everyone to take a vacation there. The balcony is amazing.

We only stayed one night in Elena's house and had a very good time. She was kind and caring, we appreciated the focaccia and the lemons she offered us and the attention she put into every detail in the house that served to have a more comfortable experience during our stay, there was really everything you need and the house was super clean. Apartment with all the comforts also to stay for long periods. Well furnished and complete with everything. There is also a parking lot. The train station is very close! The relationship with the owner is also excellent and punctual, always ready to answer all needs and all questions. The apartment is quiet, there is no noise because it overlooks the interior courtyard and not the street. Great experience and highly recommended! Convenient location.
