The dining table seats up to eight people, and the 50” Smart TV with Netflix included makes even the quietest evenings enjoyable. The real “wow effect” comes when you open the French door: from the living room and from one of the double bedrooms, you can step out onto the sea-view terrace, furnished to be enjoyed from morning to evening, with a dining table, comfortable chairs, an outdoor sofa, and sun loungers with premium mattresses. From here, you can then walk directly down to the sand, where the property provides an umbrella and two additional sun loungers for your use. The house has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one room with two single beds that can be joined together, perfect for children or friends. With mattress toppers, memory foam pillows, armchairs, mirrors, and wardrobes, you’ll have everything you need to relax after long days by the sea. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay, so you can travel light and find everything ready upon arrival. Two baby cots are also available in the bedrooms upon request. The two recently renovated bathrooms with windows are decorated with beautiful colorful majolica tiles: one very spacious bathroom on the lower floor with a separate shower and bathtub, and the other on the upper floor with a bathtub. Our house is located in the heart of Cervo’s historical center, just below the Corallini square. The position is what makes the apartment so special and bright. All the main windows overlook the sea! Spread over an area of about 100 mq, the house is on one level, with large rooms with vintage finishes. It has two independent entrances and is made up of: one double bedroom, one room with two single beds, one living room with a bunk-bed, a kitchen and bathroom with a window.
