Very nice apartment. Interesting view from the terrace and facing south east, very sunny. Convenience with private parking and easy travel by train and bus two minutes away .

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

The flat was well-located and we could easily walk down to main areas of interest. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness was super important and this was up to our standards.

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Bright and spacious apartment with a beautiful view, very well located for visiting Menton and the surrounding area, the train station is accessible in less than 10 min by foot (ideal for reaching in a short time the coastal towns: Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco among others... or to go to Italy, there are trains every 15 min about). Beautiful walk on the coastal path that goes from Cap Martin to Monaco. I recommend Caroline's apartment.

My stay at Lorenzo’s place was absolutely fantastic – honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Even before arrival, communication was super friendly, quick, and reliable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly cozy. I felt at home from the very first moment. Lorenzo is a truly outstanding host – warm, attentive, and always available in case you need anything. The location is also perfect – peaceful yet central. Very good stay! The apartment is in a great location, everything can be reached on foot (beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.) A nice walk via the seaside path Also, close to the train station which makes travel much easier or parking can be complicated (Monaco, Vintimille, etc.) The interior is impeccable, impeccably clean. Jean is friendly and always available to answer any questions. Many touches are available. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay!

A lovely apartment in a great location, lovely restaurant 1 min walk, less than 5 mins to turn 6 and less than 10 mins from the casino. The apartment had everything we needed and more for the few nights we were there. Great host with great communication

Simply amazing! The apartment has been recently remodeled and smells so fresh. It is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Amazing views from both bedrooms, as well as living room. Great location in the Old Town. Amélia is a responsive host and so kind.

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Quiet area and well-organized house

Charming house just minutes from Pietra Ligure… tranquility in the countryside very close to the sea. House equipped with all the comforts, excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for those who love the quiet of the hill and the ability to reach the beaches in a short time.

We had a great stay at Josef’s place, he was a lovely host and very responsive! The location is good, easy to walk to restaurants and pretty close to the train station also! The one drawback to the apartment was that a neighbor’s cigarette smoke can be smelled in the apartment at times- if you are sensitive to the smell this might not be the best fit. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped!

We highly recommend Laurent and Eun-Sil's accommodation. It is very well located (very close to Monaco train station), ideal for visiting the principality and enjoying the beaches and seaside trails nearby. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Laurent and Eun-Sil provide many tips about good restaurants and activities to discover/do in the area.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

the stay at stephane's place was really pleasant , comfortable house equipped with everything you need convenient to supermarkets and restaurants, I highly recommend it.

Nigora and her place is fantastic. it's beautiful, very clean, better equipped than any hotel room. The location is also great, with quick restuarants, mini marts at walking distance, taxi and bus stand everything you need to make your stay worthwhile. Nigora was absolute delight to speak to. very polite, helpful and responsive.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.

Giovanni was always very friendly, kind and ready to accommodate our requests. The house is very well maintained, very large spaces, very clean and quiet. The highlight is definitely the location, directly on the sea. I would recommend it and go back now.
