In one of Marstal's many small idyllic streets is this cozy, low-ceilinged townhouse. This cozy home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The home contains on the ground floor an entrance hall, cozy living room, dining room as well as kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find two rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a toilet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available at the property. You have to bring bed linen and towels yourself.

The sculpture garden invites you to relax, including a swing and sandpit for your youngest. The four horses on the paddock will surely be watching you. The island is ideal for "decelerating". The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, undisturbed sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.

Enjoy summer at Stokkebygård in our beautiful summer house with its spacious and lovely garden. It has a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom, and two bedrooms. On Ärø you can relax in the most beautiful nature. There are many opportunities to hike, bike, or swim. There is also one of the best golf courses in Europe on Skjoldnäs, only about 15 minutes drive from the farm.
