From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Welcome to the holiday home “Ebeneser”, centrally located in the sailing town of Marstal on Ærø, a 5-minute walk from shops, the ferry and the free bus that runs throughout the island. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The house's 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, with a total of 6 sleeping places. When the weather is good, it is possible to use the enclosed courtyard, with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The house is located right by the harbour, 400 metres from one of Denmark's best beaches and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal and great playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It's an old fisherman's house with all the charm that comes with it. Bring towels.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Forest, beach and good hills

Fristed på 96 m2. I haven er der en lille hyggelig bålplads og shelter med 2-3 sovepladser. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, Falsled Kro og en ret udemærket havnegrill: "Vandkanten". Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb, fiskeri og cykling. Øhavsstien, som er en 220 km. lang vandrerute rundt om hele det sydfynske Øhav starter ved Falsled Havn.

Der er dejlig udsigt fra stuen og terassen over engareal og kik til vandet. Huset er lyst og dejligt, indeholder køkken, stue, lille toilet m/brus, 1 lille soveværelse med dobbelt boksmadras (160x200), smal trappe op til hems med dobbelt madras og lille værelse med 2 senge (80x190) til børn. Dejlig terasse, der er grill, solvogne og havemøbler.

This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

There are 3 bedrooms as well as a sofa bed in the living room with room for 1 person. The garden has small cozy nooks and there is a small lake. There is a terrace on 3 sides of the house. Parking for 2 cars. 500 meters to the beach and downtown.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
