Spacious apartment on two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, two TV, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod dock, washing machine, dishwasher and parking in front of the house. In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Our guests are welcome to use our lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 per person per night (to be paid on site). The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.
