This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. Charming duplex (60 m2 Carrez law, 90 m2 on the ground), in a listed building located two minutes from the cathedral (view of the cathedral from the living room and one of the bedrooms). Bright apartment, very well equipped, located on the 4th floor without elevator access, dual-aspect and offering an unobstructed view. This is a pied-à-terre bought on a whim and completely renovated, which we rent when we are not occupying it. We hope you feel as good as we do!

Our guests are welcome to use our lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 per person per night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor pool are just a few advantages.
