With us, all important points of contact are very close; a well-stocked Edeka supermarket and a pharmacy around the corner, many good restaurants with Baden and international cuisine can be found in this popular district, which is called "die Wiehre", also some unusual shops. The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

If you enjoy nature and the woods, you may want to hike up the Schlossberg and get an overview of the city, the hiking track starting almost at your doorstep. Taxes are included in the price(5%).
