Kate and Carl welcome you to Spring Cottage, a comfortable, ground-floor studio with en-suite facilities built in 2017. It's an ideal base for a short break visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Stratford-upon-Avon, or relaxing after a day's shopping in Bicester Village. The cottage is located on our smallholding at the edge of the picturesque village of Steeple Aston. We are also very popular with people who need a comfortable base while working away from home.

There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds
