Complete kitchen, modern bathroom, living room with sitting area (4th sleeping option) and spacious bedroom with double bed and sleeping chair. Baby travel cot and high chair available. There is a sitting area with barbecue in the garden that invites you to linger. Parking in front of the property. Linen and towels provided.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen was ehemals als Stellwerk von der Erzgebirgsbahn am alten Bahnhof Schönfeld Wiesa genutzt wurde. Historisch eingerichtet und doch mit allem was einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht wie z.B. Klimaanlage Dampfdusche usw. ''Zentral'' gelegen da alle bekannten Supermärkte nur 5 Autominuten entfernt sind, auch der Fichtelberg und die Skigebiete sind in ca 20 min zu erreichen genauso wie dutzende abenteuerliche Wanderwege im Weltkulturerbe Erzgebirge.

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.
