The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Our apartment is located on the outskirts of Zwickau. The city center is easily accessible by bus (stop about 50 meters away) as well as on foot. In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility of taking long walks in the countryside, for example on the banks of the Mulde. In addition, Zwickau offers many attractive sights, such as the Robert Schumann House, August Horch Museum or the Priesterhäuser.

The view from the private balcony over Zwickau extends to the Ore Mountains on some days. Right at the house begins a forest with many walking paths. Whether jogging, strollers or going for a walk, a lot is possible here. Children and pets are welcome!

The apartment has a large kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and lots of dishes. The cozy living room is equipped with a TV, sofa bed and armchair. In the bedroom there are 3 single beds, dressers and a wardrobe.

I rent here my small studio apartment in my own three-family house. The house is located in an area with predominantly small settlement character on the outskirts of Zwickau. 10 minutes walk away is the modern sports pool and right next to it the Stadthalle. Shopping and public transport are very close and the promenade invites you to stroll.
