Cozy studio with great city and lake connections

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom with a double bed, and separate kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is small, but as i love to cook, it's well equipped. There's also a balcony which gets sun from the early afternoon right through until sunset. The apartment is equipped with high speed fiber internet. Public transport connections are great - there's a tram stop 50 meters from the apartment. From there, it's 15 minutes to the central train station or lake, and 30 to the airport.

Gorgeous flat in hip & vibrant area

In Zurich (Kreis 5), the area with the highest quality of urban life, in walking distance to the train station, the Landesmuseum, Old Town and the famous shopping street. The house is a listed building in a save neighbourhood. This is an apartment in the middle of the city. You can sometimes hear the trains entering the main station. The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
