Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away

The house is situated in a small natural oasis in the middle of the city. There is a lot to do and discover. Enjoy the time in the large natural garden, treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the beautiful large natural pool and in the modern sauna house.
