Chalet holiday rentals in Zürich

Wonderful accommodation and the views out of the window/balcony is simply breathtaking! We were literally surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. The place was pristine, the indoor fireplace was perfect only adding to the coziness. Communication with Frida was exceptional. Also shout out for offering us a late checkout! If you want a therapeutic break away from busy touristy areas, this place is a must.

We had a wonderful day in this beautiful, cozy and well-kept house! We can only recommend this to people who are looking for peace and nature. There are a few hurdles that you have to consider. No direct access to the house and no bed linen (available at extra cost). But that didn't bother us at all. We will remember the beautiful time for a long time and will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed the time in the chalet very much and were able to recover well. The location is unique and really priceless. The view from the balconies is phenomenal. The place was very clean and there was nothing missing in the decor. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. We would come back.

The house is beautiful and idyllically located in the forest. It is only within walking distance and really a unique gem. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, the kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. The host Guido appeared in person for check-in, helped with the luggage and was extremely kind and personable. We recommend the house to any nature lover and are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you Guido and family!

Beautiful authentic farm in a fantastic environment! The farm is relatively isolated in the pastures, we hiked a lot from the house. The surroundings of the farm offer a lot of play possibilities and the ping-pong table made available is a plus! The house is large and there is a closet filled with games and toys to occupy any rainy moments. Attention to people of high stature: the ceilings are low! A big thank you to our hosts for sharing this little piece of heaven!

Daniela welcomed us in a very friendly way, showed us everything in detail and instructed accordingly. The highlight was definitely the hot tube and sauna, which we used and enjoyed extensively. For a small friendly gathering, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the time together.

We had lovely time at Stephanie’s home. It was a beautiful and well furnished home, feels like home. Very nicely and centrally located and has all the convenience of home. Host was really friendly I even drove his tractor when he was around :) Will strongly recommend and definitely coming back . Thanks 🤩

We spent 7 fun for three days in Sonnehüüsli. Unfortunately, the winter season had already ended a week before due to lack of snow. The stay was homely and the apartment offered everything we needed with beautiful views. Thanks to Nina and Thomas

He was a wonderful host. The place had all the peace, comfort, and relaxation anyone could ask for. Fully equipped for cooking, with spacious rooms, a cozy living area, and a large TV to top it all off. We spent a wonderful long weekend during Ascension at this stunning chalet in the heart of Switzerland. The location is peaceful and surrounded by breathtaking nature — the views are even better than the pictures! The chalet is spotless, beautifully maintained, and built with high-quality materials. Everything was perfectly clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. You can feel the care and attention to detail everywhere. We were warmly welcomed by our host, who made us feel instantly at home. It’s a perfect spot for families — our kids loved the area and the many friendly cats! There are great activities nearby, and the geographical center of Switzerland is just around the corner. A truly relaxing, cozy, and unforgettable place. We’re so grateful for the experience and hope to return. All the best to our amazing hosts!

Was uncomplicated and good, plenty of space.

The accommodation is very nice and offers enough space for larger groups - both inside and outside. The location is also great; quiet and idyllic. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The hostess Lucia is super friendly and responded very quickly to all kinds of questions. In addition, check-in and check-out were super uncomplicated and flexible. We definitely highly recommend the place!

We spent an extended weekend among friends at Chalet Lehni and enjoyed the view of the mountains and the lake as well as the large living area where everyone could come together. Even in bad weather we had a nice time: board games on the large dining table, a TV (we watched the ESC again and could sing along undisturbed in the chalet) and even a Racelette-Öfeli offer everything for a spontaneous bad weather program. Children can also play, paint and slide in the children's room. The garden has a lot to offer, but the weather has to play along. All in all, we were very please.

What a wonderful stay at this brand-new home just 30 minutes from Lucerne! An absolutely stunning drive through some of the most beautiful countryside we’ve ever seen. If you truly want to feel like a local, this is the place. Peaceful, authentic, and surrounded by nature. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us some awesome recommendations that made our trip even more special. A warm thank you for the wild strawberries (growing in mid-June) — they brought back a childhood memory of foraging with my late grandmother over 40 years ago. And my husband especially enjoyed relaxing in the sauna after our long days of exploring. Highly recommend!

Great location, super welcoming host. No need to look for a sledding hill, there is enough space around the cottage for the kids to have fun. We had a great time with the family. One small negative point is that the house is not as big as in the pictures. Otherwise we'll be back with pleasure😁.

Nice and cosy cottage big enough for our group of 11, clean and well-equipped, excellent and quiet location. Be aware that Stoos is a car-free village, so to get to the village you have to take the Stoos bahn, which complicates logistics a little bit if your are bringing your food for the stay. On the other hand you can start your mountain walks right from the cottage. Communication with the host was excelllent.
