Check in very easy and friendly. Apartment extremely spacious and super clean. Balcony huge, great view! Staff included and so warm and accommodating. Really outstanding!

I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. I was arriving super late and they did all they could to make me comfortable. They also made me some amazing spicy soup at the restaurant downstairs, which helped with my cold. :) Everyone was nice and friendly. Room was super clean. Train station within a walk, then a direct train to Zurich HB station (about 15-30min ride), from there the city is yours. I would stay here again.

Love this hotel! All perfect

The room was small but very clean with everything we needed (including adapters for outlets). We had booked a paid parking space in advance, useful when you arrive late at night. Check-in was easy and electronic thanks to an outdoor machine to collect the keys and pay for parking and the presence of my dog. I had the nice surprise of finding a cozy niche with bowls, an adorable attention. Even though the bathroom is common, we found it modern and clean. To visit Lucerne, staying in this Guesthouse one night was for us economical. We recommend this place, perfect for a short stay!

We were looked after in a very friendly and helpful manner and got a room upgrade. The guesthouse is very invitingly furnished and the shared kitchen is a great deal. The price-performance offer is right, we can highly recommend the guesthouse!

Very convenient for overnight stays as a family Room and bathroom clean. Well-equipped shared kitchen (amazingly clean!), uncomplicated and friendly staff, large space in front of the hostel where the children can run around.

Very nice location! Right in nature :) The kitchen is a little small. But the Redtaurant next door is a good alternative.

everything is perfect. The only point is to highlight the lack of microwave and some cooking utensils.

Very friendly staff, good food and a small room where everything important is inside and clean

We stayed with Celina and her family in the straw one night. We enjoyed the time very much. The sleeping area in the straw is perfectly complemented with the kitchen and bathroom. The yard is wonderfully secluded and yet you can reach a gas station shop and the Aare on foot. We recommend making Celina's breakfast (regional organic products). For children, there are many play opportunities and a lot to discover on the farm. Most importantly, Celina and her family are very nice and communicative people in whose presence you immediately feel comfortable. Thank you!!

The hotel is ~10 minute walk from the closest bus stop and is easy to find. The location is perfect and inviting to wander around. It takes about 1 hour to get there by bus from Freiburg (although mind the bus schedule: the last bus leaves at something like 5 PM!), and just under 2 hours to get from there to Basel. You need about 50 minutes to get to the Feldberg 250 m away from its summit, and there's a waterfall within walking distance from the hotel. The view from the balcony is great, and the rooms are spacious, clean and warm. The renovation work is not disturbing. Our hosts were super nice, I wish them success at renovating the place. Looking forward to visiting it again when this is finished. It's definitely worth the money! However, bring your food, as the restaurant is still being renovated, and there are not many places to eat at, especially at evening.

Everything was perfect. As described. The view was amazing. Everything worked out perfectly.
