Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Zuma Beach

I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

Lisa's apartment is ideally located, close to the beach and lots of fun. places in Santa Monica. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and Lisa's instructions were clear and helpful. In addition, she very kindly allowed me to check in early from an early arriving flight, which was very helpful. I would happily return and would;d recommend it to anyone staying in Santa Monica.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was perfect about this stay. House was better than described or shown. Much larger than I thought it would be. Perfect for our family as we celebrated my son’s graduation from UCLA. Deck is great. Watched dolphins back and forth all day long. Slept to the ocean waves.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Peaceful location on the Venice canals. Sweet little place with an adorable kitchen. Everything you need for a nice getaway. Bed was comfortable. Very walkable along the lovely canals and close to beach and restaurants. Host was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy Airbnb in a very nice and convenient part of Santa Monica. The space is thoughtfully designed and makes excellent use of every corner — even including all types of phone charging connectors, which was a great touch for travelers. The backyard is beautifully decorated, and we really enjoyed having breakfast out there both mornings. Smitha was a fantastic host — very communicative and welcoming. She even shared some fresh fruit with us, which was such a kind gesture.

Great spot. Nestled in the canyon. Private. Was comfortable. We appreciate the “tranquility” and I believe this house made our trip special. Only feedback is that the WiFi speed needs a boost. Thank you Shawn for a very enjoyable stay at this property. It’s pretty amazing.

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

Our stay was amazing! The host were very accommodating and friendly! Everything was as described and the home was beautiful had so many essentials which made our stay comfortable! Home is super cozy we can’t wait to stay again soon!

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. This was one of the nicest air BnB I have visited and the decoration and comfort were first class. We were made to feel very welcome by the host and would definitely stay again. Thanks

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Listing was clean and as described. Location was walkable and close to many metro bike stations, where you can rent bikes for pretty cheap. I’d recommend going up north more towards Santa Monica than south towards Venice.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

This was probably the most favorite Airbnb I have booked thus far. Truly the cutest little apartment in Ventura. It was extremely walkable, and I thought the street parking would be difficult, but it was not a problem during our stay. I will say that although the location is convenient, you are right next to the street - so if you are someone who needs earplugs to rest or needs complete silence I recommend bringing some as it can be loud out there in the late hours. This place was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed to do! Thank you so much David! We plan to visit again!

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

I was so very pleased with my stay. I brought a couple with me who are my dear friends. we had the best time! the apartment/condo was in a very awesome location one block to the shops and restaurants and a block and a half to the sand and the pier. very nice to have a garage to park in and there are items for using at the beach. The unit itself is sooo comfortable and relaxing we enjoyed leaving the slider open. The entire community is quite down to earth and so nice. I think this place is totally worth what I paid. I wish I could go back in the thick of summer and enjoy the sun as I was here during "June Gloom". It was still amazing! Thank you so much for the stay

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.
